At eazyrozgar Store, operated by AMAZING CLOTHING LINE LLC (EIN: 84-5146501), we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition and on time. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international addresses. We are actively working to expand our shipping coverage and will update this policy when additional regions become available.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Free shipping threshold: Orders totaling $75.00 or more after any discounts automatically qualify for free Standard Shipping. This offer applies to the contiguous U.S. only.
Overnight & Express orders: Must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) EST on business days to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
4. Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours from the time of shipment for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

5. Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and in common areas of your building. If still not found, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, email us at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and items and email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [email protected] — we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
6. Shipping Carrier Selection
We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) for your shipment based on package weight, dimensions and destination, even if a specific carrier was listed at checkout. Delivery timeframes remain the same.
