1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted. The 30-day window begins on the date the carrier marks your package as delivered.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition
- All original tags and labels are attached and intact
- The item is returned in its original packaging (if applicable)
- The item is free from odors, stains, pet hair or signs of use
- The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if these conditions are not met.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
- Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Gift cards
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:
- Step 1: Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Step 2: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Step 3: Package the item(s) securely, include the RMA number inside the package and ship to the address we provide.
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the return (3–5 business days), we will process your refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items. We are not responsible for items lost in transit during the return.
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of our inspection.
- PayPal refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days.
- Credit/debit card refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
We will refund the full purchase price of the item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
We process exchanges as a two-step process: (1) return the original item for a refund, then (2) place a new order for the replacement size or color. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate an exchange.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Clear photographs of the issue
We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged item.
