This page explains how shipping works at Eazyrozgar by Empower Wholeness, LLC. Our goal is to keep shipping timelines, costs, and expectations clear and predictable.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only
All 50 states are supported, including Alaska and Hawaii
Orders must be shipped to valid U.S. addresses
International shipping is not available at this time

2. Order Cut-Off & Processing Time

Daily order cut-off: 2:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will begin processing the next business day
Handling time: 1–3 days (Monday–Sunday) to prepare your order for shipment

After placing your order, you will receive:

An order confirmation email immediately
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

3. Delivery Timeframe

Transit time: 3–7 days after shipment
Estimated total delivery time: typically 4–10 days from order placement to delivery

Actual delivery times may vary based on:

Order cut-off timing
Carrier performance
Weather conditions
Federal holidays or peak shipping periods

4. Shipping Fees

Flat-rate shipping: $5.00 per order anywhere in the U.S.
No minimum purchase required
No hidden fees or surcharges
Any applicable taxes are clearly displayed at checkout

5. Carriers & Tracking

We ship using reliable national carriers such as USPS or UPS
A tracking number is provided with every shipment
Tracking details are sent via email once your order is dispatched

6. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

Address Issues

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout, we can reship the order after the address is corrected
A $5.00 re-shipping fee will apply

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately
Include your order number and photos (for damaged items)
We will work with the carrier to arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate

Service Delays

Weather events, carrier disruptions, and holidays may cause delays beyond our control
