Refund & Returns Policy

At Eazyrozgar by Empower Wholeness, LLC, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work—clearly and simply.


1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to orders purchased and delivered within the United States only.
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.


2. Return Window

You may request a return within 20 days of:

  • The delivery date (for shipped orders), or

  • The purchase date shown on your receipt (for in-store purchases).

Requests submitted after the 20-day window are not eligible.


3. Eligible Items

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below.

Non-Defective Items

  • Must be new, unused, and unassembled

  • Must be returned in original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories

  • Must be in resalable condition

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Accepted even if opened or used

  • Please retain all original packaging

  • Photos may be required to verify the issue

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items (unless defective)

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Gift cards


4. How to Start a Return (Mail Returns Only)

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation

    • Include photos for damaged or defective items

  2. We will reply with a prepaid return shipping label (PDF) to download and print

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  4. Attach the label and drop off the package with the carrier listed on the label

Return shipping is free, and no restocking fees apply.


5. Exchanges (Mail Only)

  • Exchanges are accepted by mail

  • Follow the same steps outlined above to initiate an exchange

  • Items exchanged for non-defective reasons must be new and unused in original packaging

Price differences:

  • If the replacement item costs more, you will pay the difference

  • If it costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method


6. Refund Processing

  • Returned items are inspected within 2–3 business days of receipt

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.


7. Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or declined

  • Carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday slowdowns are not grounds for a refund unless the product arrives damaged

  • If original packaging is missing for a non-defective return, we may decline the return if the item cannot be resold as new
