This policy explains how to submit a DMCA notice of alleged infringement, how we respond, how to file a counter-notice, and our policy regarding repeat infringers. 1. DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you believe that material available on this website (the “Site”) infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes all information required under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3):

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (including registration details or other identifying information, if available).

2. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. When feasible, we will notify the user or content provider responsible for the material and provide information regarding the counter-notice process.

We aim to respond to properly formatted notices within 2–3 business days during our operating hours (Daily, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM PT).

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If your content was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe this was due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following:

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.

  • Statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.

  • Your contact information, including full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  • Consent to jurisdiction:
    A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the State of California (or, if you reside outside the United States, that you consent to that court’s jurisdiction) and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

  • Signature: A physical or electronic signature.

Unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, Eazyrozgar by Empower Wholeness, LLC may suspend or terminate the accounts or Site access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

5. Misrepresentations (17 U.S.C. §512(f))

Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under applicable law.

6. Handling of Notices

We may forward a copy of a DMCA notice or counter-notice (including contact information) to the user who posted the material so they may understand and respond to the claim. We may also retain records of notices, counter-notices, and related actions for legal compliance and auditing purposes.
